Discover the deep, systemic work we do across Bihar. From adopting flood-prone villages to empowering the next generation through education, our projects are designed for lasting impact.
Bihar's ecology is fragile, especially in the northern plains. Our environmental initiatives focus on building resilience against climate change and promoting sustainable practices in highly vulnerable zones.
The Kosi river area is historically prone to devastating floods. We implemented a comprehensive climate adaptation program focusing on soil conservation, planting flood-resistant deep-rooted saplings, and educating local farmers on weather-resilient cropping cycles.
A sustained campaign where we mobilized over 5,000 youth volunteers across Madhepura and Saharsa to plant and nurture over 100,000 fruit-bearing and shade-providing trees, significantly improving local green cover and biodiversity over the last 5 years.
True development begins at the grassroots. We adopt a holistic approach to uplift marginalized communities by transforming their economic, infrastructural, and social realities directly at the village level.
Under this ambitious initiative, our Trust adopts 5 highly backward villages every 3 years. We concentrate all our resources to build basic sanitation facilities, setup solar street lights, create self-help groups (SHGs) for women, and link the villagers directly with state welfare schemes.
To promote rural financial independence, we established local training hubs where women are taught stitching, local handicrafts, and basic financial literacy. These hubs have helped over 500 women transition from daily wage labor to running their own small enterprises.
Education is the ultimate equalizer. We are committed to bridging the digital divide and providing verifiable, job-oriented skills to rural youth, aligning with national educational goals.
We partner with local universities (like BNMU) to deliver rigorous 120-hour hybrid internship programs for undergraduate students. Our curriculum covers basic IT, soft skills, and crucial On-Job Training (OJT), making rural graduates employable and corporate-ready.
To foster a culture of reading in remote areas, we have established small community libraries in adopted villages. We regularly run campaigns to collect and donate academic books, competitive exam materials, and stationery to underprivileged students.
Social Welfare
We believe that a healthy and supported society is the foundation of progress. Our social welfare programs address immediate human needs, healthcare, and educational sponsorships.
Student Sponsorship & Scholarships
Financial hardship should never end a bright student's educational journey. Through our Trust funds, we identify meritorious students from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families and sponsor their high school and college tuition fees, ensuring they complete their education without hurdles.
Free Medical & Hygiene Camps
We organize quarterly free health check-up camps in our adopted villages, partnering with local doctors. A major focus of these camps is raising awareness about menstrual hygiene among rural women and distributing free sanitary products and essential medicines.
